Black Himalayans
Freddie
A lovely Satin himi! He's very dark in colour, which perfectly suits the sows I have to put with him. I should shortly be breeding from him to Annie, and hopefully get some satin babies! Fingers crossed!
Trixie
Not the best himalayan in the world, but she'll do me just fine. Trixie is a brilliant mum, she nursed a tiny baby that wasn't even her own. And although she is now retired, she continues to look after newly borns as if they were her own. Truely, the best mother pig I have!
Hope
Quiet little Hope. She's not got much to say for herself really. She's quiet and out of the way, keeps herself to herself. Good for her! She's in the same hutch as 7 other loonies!
Cleo
Cleo is the one who I think is the best out of 3 lovely girls from Polo. She takes her nature more from her mum, Hope, who is quiet, but boy has she got her dad's markings! All the best for me! Lets have our fingers crossed for good shows, and possibly a nice litter or two!
Al
Al didn't turn out so well and is Annie's brother, he is entirely the opposite, not what you'd expect in siblings! He's a bit shy but is still lovely at heart.
Skoda
Skoda is a nice satin carrier lad who's coming out of his shell now he's living with Polo. He is Porsche's Brother and both very similar in looks.
photo soon
Faith
A lovely girl and a brilliant mother. Mother to some of my first satin carriers. Hopefully though I'll put her to use with the usual himalayans soon as she is a very lovely looking pig
Neirty
The third sister! I can't add anything new to Cleo and Osiris' notes, these three are triplets! They are three which sometimes I have to admit the question "how do you tell them apart?" has to be visited. Luckily they all have different ears!
Anna
Anna is a lovely girl who I got when I had Dai back. She is a lovely addition and is a cracking little girl. I say little but she's not really! She had a lovely litter with Dai.
Annie
Annie is a lovely little girl. Her points are hopeless but she'll do for my satin himalayans. especially as her mate is Fred, who is the opposite and very muddy.
Kizzie
Kiz is now my eldest purebred sow. She is daughter to my original pair of himalayans, Cookie and Liquorish. She's a grumpy little madam and doesn't much like the camera. But she has been a fantastic breeding sow, and has had 4 litters of which she has been a brilliant mother. Now retired.
Alfie
Alfie the great! He's my best himalayan, and definatly my most used boar. Almost all my stock is now related to him! But who can blame me? He's a hunk of a lad weighing in at way over 1300g. He is very succesful at shows, and I don't think he's missed one I've been to!
Dai
Lovely lad who I sold and got back! He was always a lovely looking boar, and came back even more stricking. He has lots of character still and is one of my eldest boars now. He has his dad's charm though. He is another of Sir Alfie's offspring!
Porthos
Darling Porthos, a poorly marked satin himalayan. But a lovely lad all the same. I really do think I got the best two possible starting boars for my satins!
Polo
One of my faves. Polo is a soppy lad and is almost a copy of his dad, Alfie. He has yet only had one litter of 3 girls, but he'll sure to visit a few more sows shortly!
Romeo
Lovely boy. He's not too bad of a pig, but he's got slightly muddy body colour. But generally he's not too bad. He's a very kind pig, and his cage mate recently died, so he'll probably be the foster to any baby boars.
